Returns & Exchange Policy For ALL Orders

We guarantee all products sold through the artist’s website. If there is a problem with your product, we are happy to help you resolve. BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:

  • All returns or requests for exchanges must take place in the first 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • 100% refunds will be given if the return is necessary due to a BrickhouseDirect misship or if the item has been found to have a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days following the date of delivery.

  • BrickhouseDirect will also refund the cost of shipping that the customer paid to return the merchandise.

  • Refunds/Exchanges will only be given after product has been received by Brickhouse Direct and fully inspected by the returns department.

  • All Returns/Exchanges should be sent to:

  • Refunds will not be issued if a product has been opened and is found to be without defect even if the return takes place within 30 days.

  • For CDs and DVDs "opened" is defined as the outside plastic wrapping is broken open.

  • Due to the nature of Autographed merchandise there will be no refunds on Autographed items without the autographed item also being returned within 30 days after the delivery date of the product.

  • Refunds will not be issued for cloth merchandise if it is determined by BrickhouseDirect that the item has been worn or washed.

  • Refunds will not be issued for a Book, Music Book or piece of sheet music that has been delivered.

  • The only way that a refund will be given or exchange allowed for a Music Book or Piece of Sheet Music is if that item was misshipped in error by BrickhouseDirect staff.

  • If a return is postmarked 30 days after the delivery date the items returned will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

  • Any customer that requests an exchange will be subject to normal shipping & handling fees in addition to a two dollar ($2) restocking fee.

Shipping Methods & Shipping Day 

All products ship the business day following the day you placed your order.
For example: If you placed an order on Monday, it will leave BrickhouseDirect on Tuesday. If you place an order on Friday or Saturday it will ship to you on Monday.

  • USPS First Class Mail* = 5 to 10 Days
  • USPS Priority Mail* = 3 to 5 Days
  • USPS Express Mail* = Overnight
    • *All shipping times are subject to change due to the amount of time that it takes the United States Postal Service to reach certain zip codes.
